Before photo and a late start!

I have had a few false starts, but here goes!

My official “before” photo:

Weight as of this morning: 172.4.

I am wearing a size 12-14.

I have not been exercising consistently. This blog is all about honesty, so I have to admit that I hate exercising. Once I begin, I am always glad that I did, but it’s hard to get started.

I have the Couch to 5K workouts on my mp3 player, in addition to the Cardio Coach workouts. I will use these for as long as it is not too humid to walk outside in a few months.

As a reminder, my short term goal is to lose 1.5 pounds per week. I will reach my weight goal of 125 pounds shortly before January 15th.

    Hey you out there…Karenne…how are you doing? I came across your site late one night and you remind me EXACTLY of me – what you’re trying to do, your mindset, your thoughts and attitude, the number of pounds you need to lose, the shape of your body…even the picture you took originally is exactly what I wear when I exercise. So I’ve kept your sight at hand and am wondering how you’re doing. I lost about 9 pounds but blew it about 5 days ago and can’t seem to get going. I HATE starting over and over and over again. Hope you’re doing better than I am – would love to know!
